At my Grave

Keep it simple and content,
Thou shall quiver n not resent,
Orchids surround in sweet embrace,
Pride’s the strength n beauty to deface.

Play me a song melodious ever,
Thy Tears shall flourish never,
As the cross is laid up above,
Send me away on the wings of a dove.

For each gravel of sand bestows,
With each infant heart comfort flows,
Look upon me with smiles signified,
God shall know thee thus dignified.

Engrave the words of love on stone,
Place tulips to make eternal glory own,
As i return to where i belong,
At my grave spirit of pride stays strong!
