Some say it’s a good deal,
For those who didn’t make it here,
were never a part of your seal,
But do you agree with it my dear?
A coin has two sides to it,
We see one end and follow it well,
Never do we glance at the other fit,
Some experiences do tell.
It’s a sigh we leap when we look back,
To the years we’d laugh in abstract joy,
All the exams halls together we track,
The old times we cannot destroy.
Some stay intact with us,
While some move away,
We’ve come aboard this bus,
At a different station on a different day.
We could have crossed every end,
Accompanied with frenzied fun,
Here we stand at an opposite bend,
Gazing at our path undone.
Severed boundaries limit our moves,
Time heals all our lesion,
And in our head our silence proves,
We’re doing the right thing in no reason.
Secretly we smile at their smiles,
Thinking of how happy they seem to be,
There aren’t any waves for miles,
If otherwise, it would have been you and me.
To the world we’re all happy faces,
Inside it pinches us right to the heart,
Those charming old familiar places,
Is now a razed oblivion yield on our part.
If sometime we were granted a covet,
We’d dive right into our historic snaps,
In no denial we’d absolutely love-et,
Yet choose to stay unknown perhaps?!
