One Meal

Scarcity is at its best here

Today’s world showcases it well

Living in a dying fear

I’m sure you can tell.
Have you seen people around

They have not much to drink and eat

Yet they have a happy surround

Each day is like a treat.
Comparison takes us to our doorstep

Is it the same as you can see outside?

Peep through the doors in small footstep

Murmur the confession, a prayer denied.
Rare occasions call a table set for all

Else it’s the regular bedside mimic

Won’t it a happy and prime call

If everyone sat together in a gimmick.
A few millions around the globe

Are as happy as they can be

Covered in beauty or a muddied robe

Worth unknown with No loss is known to thee.
Set a table and gather everyone there

Join your hands in a hearty feel

Create a delight each day to share

And Watch wonders happen in just one meal.
